1. In what sort of packaging can I get the watches?
Our prices include bubble foil wrapping.
2. Can I order less than the minimum quantity?
Yes you can - please ask for our special order.
3.Can you deliver each model permanently?
Due to the low stock of components, in case of urgent deliveries please get in contact with us in advance. We will confirm our delivery date, prices and specifications.
4. If I cannot find a suitable model in your collection can you offer further ones?
We can show you many other models. Furthermore we are able to produce customised models. In this case the minimum purchased quantity is 500-1000 pieces depending on the material of the caser and requested design.
5. Can I preview the models in person?
Models can be previewed. Aside from the base models extra charges can be expected.
6. What are your delivery lead times?
General delivery lead time is 3-5 weeks (in case of silk screen and pad printing). In any other cases 4-6 weeks upon approved design. Urgent delivery can be requested for pad printed imprinting with extra charges ( +10% of watch unit price and 6.600 Ft / model/logo's size, position and design). Delivery lead-time is 2-3 weeks upon approved layout (prior purchase order we have to confirm availability).
7. Do you have any warranties for the watches?
Yes we do. Warranty validity is one year dated from delivery date.
8. Do your prices include VAT?
All prices exclude VAT - 20%.
We reserve the right to change our prices.
9. Is it possible to use the same tools for women and men watches of unisex model's?
The size of the women and men's models is different therefore different tools must be used.
10. Is it possible to combine different models' quantity in one to reach a higher quantity?
Unfortunately we can not provide a better pricing by this way.
11. Is it possible to combine different model's quantity in one to achieve minimum quantity order?
Unfortunately not.
