What warranty applies to corporate watches?

We provide a 2-year warranty on all watches from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers manufacturing or material defects that existed at the time of delivery.

Within the warranty period, defective products will be repaired free of charge.
If repair is not possible, the watch will be replaced with the same or a similar model.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use (e.g., scratched glass; discoloration or material changes of non-metal straps)
  • Battery life
  • Damage resulting from improper or abnormal use, negligence, carelessness, or accidents (impact, dents, crushing, broken glass, etc.)
  • Any indirect or consequential damage arising from inaccuracy, malfunction, or failure of the watch

Any further claims for damages beyond those listed above are excluded, except for statutory rights the purchaser may have against the manufacturer.

How can the quality of the watch be preserved long term?

Temperature

Do not expose your watch to sudden temperature changes (e.g., immersion in cold water after strong sunlight) or extreme temperatures (above 60°C or below 0°C).

Magnetic Fields

Do not expose your watch to strong magnetic fields such as speakers, mobile phones, computers, refrigerators, or other electromagnetic devices.

Damaging Substances

Avoid direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes, cosmetics, and other chemical substances, as they may damage the strap, case, or seals.

Use Underwater

To maintain water resistance, do not operate the crown for time/date setting while the watch is underwater or wet.

Care and Inspection

Regularly clean the case and strap with a soft cloth to prevent corrosion caused by perspiration.

Water-resistant models can be cleaned with a soft toothbrush and mild soapy water, then dried with a soft cloth.

If the watch has been worn in seawater, rinse it afterwards with warm fresh water and allow it to dry completely.
