Branding methods for wristwatches – screen printing and transfer printing
The wristwatches produced by our company offer a wide range of branding options. The desired custom text or logo can be applied to the watch dial in several ways. Options include offset printing, engraving, pad printing, screen printing, as well as photo printing, mirror printing, and transfer printing, ensuring the result is as perfect as possible.
Screen printing can be done in one or multiple colors, allowing for a truly unique logo. Screen printing is particularly suitable for flat surfaces, which makes it an ideal method for branding watch dials. During screen printing, the custom design is transferred onto a mesh screen within a printing frame. The design is then separated by color, and each shade is applied individually to the mesh. Once the design film is on the mesh, it is exposed to UV light before being printed onto the watch dial.
Transfer printing is very similar to screen printing, but instead of applying the design to a mesh screen, it is printed onto a paper carrier. The design is then transferred from the paper to the watch dial. Both the paper and the product pass through a so-called heat tunnel. The heat allows the design to transfer from the paper to the dial. Transfer printing is an extremely precise branding method, ensuring perfect results. It is also particularly suitable for applying multi-colored logos.
Let your imagination run wild—dream up a unique design, and we will apply it to the dial of any of our wristwatches.
